What is the Purpose of this Study?
To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, and overall accuracy of an ALS diagnostic test developed by Iron Horse Diagnostic.
Who is Eligible to Participate?
Patients ages 21 to 80 with a probable diagnosis of ALS or other neurodegenerative diseases (CIDP, GBS, PLS, Neuropathy, MG) and willing to donate blood and spinal fluid samples. Patients will also have to meet all inclusion criteria, which will be explained in greater detail by the study coordinator.
What is involved in this Study?
Participant samples of blood and spinal fluid will be collected from patients with ALS or other neurodegenerative diseases. These samples will be collected at the time of already scheduled procedures.
How long is the Study?
This study is a one-time visit only.
