Phoenix Neurological is proud to see patients with a number of different
insurance plans. For patients without insurance we have a fee for service
schedule as well. We encourage all potential patients to contact our
front office at 602-258-3354 to inquire about financial questions. Our

If you are interested in becoming a new patient in our practice appointments
can be scheduled by calling 602-258-3354. Some insurance companies may require
a referral from your primary care doctor and it is the patient's responsibility
to insure that the referral is obtained before each appointment. Our office staff
will then schedule you with the next available appointment.
