Holly Hendin, MD, PhD
Dr.
Holly Hendin is a general adult psychiatrist at Phoenix Neurological
Associates. She holds a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of California,
Davis, and an M.D. from the University of Arizona. Her graduate research
was supported by a National Science Foundation Fellowship, and her medical
education was supported by a Dean's Scholarship. Her research
on shyness and narcissism has been published in peer-reviewed journals
and she has presented this research at national and international conferences.
She is available to see adult patients for medication management and
therapy for such issues as depression, anxiety, and interpersonal stressors.
Therapy styles include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal
therapy (IPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness therapy,
and supportive therapy.
