Todd Dylan Levine, M.D.
Dr. Levine is a graduate of Duke University Medical School. He
completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Jewish Hospital In St
Louis. His neurology residency was at Barnes Hospital In St Louis.
He then completed a two year fellowship in neuromuscular disease at Washington
University in St Louis. He has dual board certification in Neurology
as well as Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Levine has been a member of Phoenix Neurological Associates since
January of 1999. Since moving to Phoenix he has developed a subspecialty
practice in neuromuscular diseases. He is the founder and director of
the Samaritan ALS clinic. He is Co-Director of the neurophysiology
department at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. He is a clinical
assistant professor at the University of Arizona in Neurology. He also
conducts extensive research in disease of the nerve and muscle and continues
to publish his findings in numerous peer reviewed journals.
