Dr. Tamm graduated from the University of Missouri Medical School and he completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Jewish Hospital In St Louis. Dr. Tamm also completed his Neurology residency from Washington University in St Louis. He is Board certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and has been elected as a fellow. He initially practiced in Maine and has been with Phoenix Neurological Associates since 1981. He is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at the University of Arizona and is a former Chief of Staff at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Dr. Tamm has authored a chapter on neurologic complications of obstetrics and published several other peer-reviewed articles. Dr. Tamm also participates in numerous research studies at Phoenix Neurological Associates.
